Put Down the Google!

I often tell my clients to “put down the google,” the spreader of anxiety and dis-ease. And, so I shall do the same. I will return to trusting simplicity and balance. To knowing that what may work for others may not work for me. I will sacrifice the need to “do it right” for the peace that comes with doing it “good enough.” And, I will eat bacon because I love it. Enough said.
